Geoff once again was one of the
Brewers top batters, starting shortstop and was our go-to pitcher. Hitting, he led the team once again in all
power stats while still hitting for a high AVG and ONB. On the mound, in addition to a complete
game victory in Kingston, he saved 3 games as the Brewers 'closer'. |

After not being able to play
much in 2010, Jason bounced back with a huge year at the plate for the
Brewers. Jason was the Brewers most
clutch and consistent hitter in 2011.
He led the team in AVG and ONB while protecting the big bats in the
order from the 6 hole in the lineup. |

Throughout the season with the
Diamondbacks Brian led the team as a true sportsman of the game. In all
situations, he handled himself with class, showing his teammates the way to
play the game in a professional manner. Brian showed a young team how to act
in tough situations, and always treated all players and umpires with
respect. In regards to ability, Brian had a great year on the mound,
compiling a 4-1 record in 7 starts, striking out 25 batters and
finishing second on the team in both ERA and WHIP. Brian truly led
by example both on and off the field. |

James had a limited role with
the Brewers in 2011 but when he did get a chance he always made the most of
it. He pitched 2 complete game
victories and deserved a 3rd win until the bullpen let up the lead. |

Josh joined the Dbacks
about 5 games into the season and quickly made an impact. A
spectacularly smooth-fielding middle infielder, Josh made his presence known
both in the field and at the plate. It didn't take long for Josh to
solidify his position in the lineup as the Dbacks' regular lead off
batter. A sparkplug to many rallies, Josh had a fantastic year at the
plate leading the team in singles (18) and finishing second in runs
(12) hits (22) and doubles (4). Josh also batted .361 for the year
and had an on base % of .409. Josh was fantastic in the field making
only 2 errors all season between SS and 2B. |
