Pat was our most consistent and
dominant player on both sides of the ball this season. His work schedule
limited him to 11 games, but he still finished top-10 in the tier in AVG,
slugging percentage and RBI, and just shy of the top-10 in hits. One of his
most impressive feats is he struck out just once in 39 ABs. On the mound he
was just as dominant: he had the lowest ERA in the tier and pitched two CGs
in three starts (and six of seven innings in the other start). Our pitching
depth limited his IP numbers to 20, but he still finished one win behind the
tier leader, was second in WHIP, and top-10 in Ks. He was also sure-handed in
the field, making just one error in his time at SS and 3B. |

In Matty's first year with the
Coyotes, he posted some great numbers at the plate and on the mound. When he
wasn't pitching or getting a hit, he was behind the plate catching a great
game. Not only does Matty play the game with great passion, he's a true team
player, hussle is his middle name and we're glad to have him as Coyote! |

Brett was our top pitcher this
year and also had an awesome bat. He had a low era of 3.85, going 3 - 2 with
1 save. He also batted .353, with an on base of .511 and slugging of .529 and
an ops of 1.041. |

Nick is our MVP because he does
so much very well; whether he's pitching, 3-0 with one save and an ERA of
3.61; hitting, he was in the middle of the order and hit .349 with 5 doubles
and 8 RBI. Defensively he was not only our catcher but played a very good
outfield and infield. He only made 1 error in his 20 appearances for us. |

Jordan stepped up big in his
return to the Los V's after two years down under training and taking
steroids. He returned with a vengeance and was our best player leading the
team in a myriad of categories, both hitting and pitching. Posted a miniscule
ERA despite shotty D behind him...our D was so damn bad at times but I
digress. |

Matt was a great all-around
hitter this season, leading the way offensively for us. He hit for power,
finishing first in doubles and RBI (by a wide margin), second in slugging
percentage, and third in triples. He also hit for average (finishing first in
hits and second in average), and was on base frequently (picking up 11 walks
to finish third in OBP and OPS). Matt could also be counted on to put the
ball in play every time he was at the plate, striking out just five times in
59 at-bats. While most other players moved around the batting order on a
game-to-game basis, Matt batted cleanup for us in all but one game. |

This was Eric's year at the
dish. The gentle giant swung a mean bat. He easily claimed the clean up spot
this year by posting some amazing numbers, top 5 in 11 offensive categories.
No matter the pitcher Eric was going to hit the ball and hit it hard. Always
a gamer, he put in 150% effort in each AB. With Eric's numbers and
determination we think he deserves Tier 4 Batter of the Year. |

Olivier had a great year at the
plate. He lead the league in homeruns with 3, slugging with .782, doubles
with 7. He was second in a few other major categories such as ops 1.282, and
RBIs with 23. Olivier was our clean up hitter for most of the year, but that
didn't stop him from also stealing 14 bases and scoring 21 runs. |

Chris was tied for the lead in
hits (21), triples (3) and of his 66 plate appearances only had 2 strikeouts.
He was a great number 2 hitter in that he protected the runners and even his
outs were hard hit. He never gets cheated in at bat and gives pitchers fits
with his bulldog mentality. |

I don't usually remember my
dreams, but when I do they are of Jordan's sweet swing, lining ball after
ball up the middle and driving in runs. The guy can hit all over the lineup
and was clutch throughout the entire year. Contributed to all of our wins with
his solid bat. |

He pitched only 25 innings
(mainly because he shared the mound with nine teammates), but in that time he
stifled opponents and showed how dominant he can be. He was great at keeping
batters off base (finishing first in WHIP) and preventing opponents from
scoring (finishing second in ERA). Despite his limited innings he was still
second in wins and strikeouts. In his four starts this year he had two
five-inning CGs (both mercy wins), a six-inning game, and an injury-shortened
four-inning game. He also had two starts in which he finished with
double-digit strikeouts (including a five-inning, 12 strikeout performance). |

Jonny had a great year on the
mound, top 10 in nearly all the pitching categories, he had 3 CG's and a tiny
ERA. If it wasn't for an injury late in the year, his numbers would have even
that more impressive. When on the mound, Jonny's stuff was dazzling, we
sometimes don't know what pitch he's throwing. With Jonny's numbers and
determination, we believe him to the Tier 4 Pitcher of the year. |

Known affectionately as
Troutface, Darren was sharp yet again for Los V's leading the team in innings
eclipsing the 40 IP mark yet again. Darren is a gamer, takes the ball for us
every second game and without him, we would be lost. I don't think any team
relies on an arm as much as the Los V's relied on Darren's right arm. |
