Registration

> Registration will be handled on a first pay, first serve basis.
> The ONLY way to confirm a spot is to get your payment to Joe Beelen
> Preferred method of payment is "Email Money Transfer"

Please follow these 2 steps to register :

Step 1 : email ncbl@rogers.com, provide your name, cell #, 2017 summer team, and positions you are able to play. (also indicate any dates you will be unable to play)

Step 2 : send $50 payment via email money transfer, to ncbl@rogers.com

Players per Team

11 or 12 players per team depending on interest
Players will be drafted into one of the 4 teams

Cost breakdown

44 players x $50.00 = $2200.00 (revenue)
4 managers play free x $50.00 = $200.00 (manager cost)
10 games x $128.50 = $1285.00 (field cost) 
10 games x $60.00 = $600.00 (umpire cost, 1 per game) 
10 games x $22.00 = $220.00 (balls cost) 

Deficit = $105 

Other Rules (no changes)

Batting rules : Wood bats, all players bat, players to supply own bats, not team provided, 11 batter per inning max (excluding last inning)
Pitching rules : 2 IP per game maximum/per player…but one pitcher can pitch max 3 IP in a game
Game Length : 7 innings or 2 hours 15 minutes
Substitution rules : unlimited
Uniforms : each player can wear whatever uniform he/she wishes
Insurance : under same coverage as NCBL
